  1. Office hour are not really set in stone. I think that is a benefit. One of the services I try to provide is availability. I would like to say my office hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, but the truth is it is more like Mon. - Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and then 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm most of the time. I may have kid functions to attend. Sat. and Sun. I mostly work to get caught up on tasks, but not always. If you need a task completed on the weekend please text me and I will let you know if it is something I can do. If you email it I will handle it when I get in the office. Either that weekend or the Monday following. 
  2. Please email in all task requests. This is my preference as I will flag the email as a task to do. I use my email as well as my daily activity report as ways to keep up with tasks that need to be done. 
  3. If you are not at a place where you can email the task in please:  a. Text it to me – I will forward this text to my email to get put on the to do list.  b. Call and leave a message of what the task is if I do not answer. I may be on the phone or working on a task for a client that is time sensitive and will not answer the phone in order to complete my current task. 
  4. If you have an emergency task please text me the task and let me know it is something you need quickly. I will let you know if I am at a place as to where I can get to your task in the time you need. I am sometimes out of the office and can’t get to it right away. I will let you know if and when I can get to it. Other times I may be in the process of working on a time sensitive task for another client and can’t get to your task immediately. If you can’t text me then call and leave a message. 
  5. I will try to get to all tasks within 24 hours of their request. I try to get as much completed every day. 
  6. Some tasks I know are more time sensitive than others and will handle accordingly. For example, If the task is to process a contract, I know that putting the listing under contract is a priority over getting paperwork in the broker’s system or putting together a commission agreement. I will handle the priority quickly and hold processing the paperwork until I am caught up on more urgent tasks. 
  7. If the task comes in later in the evening it will be most likely done the next day. If I can get to it I most definitely will, but I want to set the expectation that it will be done at least by the next business day. 


I am constantly working on a list of tasks sent in. When I get to your task I will text or email you any questions that I may have. Note: I will also move on to my next task or personal chore while waiting on a  reply. Please send the reply and know I will get back around to completing your task as soon as possible, but may not be logged in to your systems or currently working on it when you reply. 

I will always try to be as accommodating as possible, but please be aware that I work for several different agents all possibly sending in tasks as well.
